  • Founded in 1994, the Lynch Law Firm, PC has been a staunch advocate for the injured. Led by brothers Jim and Arthur Lynch and supported by a legal team of personal injury professionals and support staff, the firm’s sole focus is on helping injury victims throughout New Jersey and the New York metro area receive the justice and compensation they need after an unexpected injury.

CHALLENGE

  • Lynch Law Firm hired Pierce-Coté to conduct a thorough brand review, which would act as a catalyst for a brand refresh. Leading out of the brand review, the desire was to apply the new positioning to new creative that would be used through a variety of marketing channels.
  • The agency worked directly with the two principals on this assignment.

SOLUTION & SERVICES

  • The agency conducted a brand review that encompassed the following:
    • A thorough audit of all the Lynch Law Firm’s current marketing (website, outdoor, Carvertise, digital ads, social media channels)
    • A thorough audit of 4 client-selected competitors (website, and all social channels)
    • One on one interviews with 20+ stakeholders (current employees, business associates, and clients) to assess their brand perceptions.
    • Analysis of all information gathered, development of a SWOT analysis on the brand, and resulting development of the Lynch Law Firm value proposition statement which will guide future marketing.
  • The Pierce-Coté team presented the full brand review deck and provided to client for future reference.
  • Once the client had approved their firm’s Value Proposition, the agency’s creative team developed:
    •  A variety of proposed advertising taglines from which one was selected.  
    • 3 creative concept directions based on the approved Value Proposition. 
  • The client-approved creative concept direction was then applied to our first assignment: an outdoor advertising campaign, including both billboards and transit.
  • The agency also developed :15 and :30 videos for OTT streaming.
